Everyday for the month of June.
As a base, there is a calendar for the first part of accountability. Minimum, please access the calendar and complete the daily task. At the end of the challenge, when the calendar is complete and filled out, take a screenshot and send it to me to be entered into the draw to win access to the app for a year for free and a special book delivered to your home!
Beyond the calendar, there are other supportive practices that will take you deeper into your practice and your clarity.
You will receive a coupon to access the app for a month for free, and in that you will have access to a video for our weekly affirmation, you will receive access to attend several live yoga, meditation and even book club meetings. I will be going live each day on my instagram to share a bit of insight to support everyone in going deeper.
